Since 2017, Jake Tripp (owner) has been stepping into his dream of making a living out of his passion for BBQ.

He uses only the best ingredients and best wood he can get. This is his interpretation of what Southern BBQ is and should be.  If trimmed correctly, seasoned right, and smoked forever at just the right temperature, the meats will be so good you don't need to drown them in sauces. 

But if you like sauces, that's just fine- He makes them too.
